Winter League 2012

The Winter League Grand Final took place on Sunday 26th Feb. The course was playing fantastic and the golf on the day refelcted that!

The final between James Kelly's team and Colm Gaffney's team commenced at 8.00am. The draw for opponents prior to the first match threw up alot of interesting matches, including captain versus captain.

All but one match was very closely contested which made the final very exciting. As both teams new each other very well, there wasnt too many gimme putts conceeded during the course of play. However there could only be one winner, and the victors were Colm Gaffney's team who won by 3 matches to 2.
